Crab shell or crab in porites.

I found a white crab with brown pinchers in my yellow porites. I can't tell if it the actual crab or if it just from it molting. It didn't move when I grabbed it with the tweezers. It is in a small cup now. I'll try to get some pics of it in a min.

If it didn't move--it's either the molt or a dead crab. Is it hollow?

It's a molt. I couldn't get a clear picture so I've been looking to find the live one.
