All about me.....

I would like to thank bklynmet for sending me here to the teef tank. I had posted in a thread about midwest coral at reefcentral and he dropped me a pm about NIMAS threads here. Thanks Again.

My wife and I got into saltwater a year ago. We went to MWC and Jim set us up with all of our equipment. Well, here I am a year later, and I just about have my 210 in wall finished, its running, just have to trim out the wall. I have spent a lot of time on reefcentral and have learned a lot about the hobby. So much infact that its confusing.

I'm just starting to get into more of the corals, and here lately things have not gone as I had planned, still have a lot to learn.

I'm am anxious to see other tanks that are in the area and look forward to the March meeting.

Hope this doesn't sound to cheesy..lol..

Thanks

Jim

Not cheesy at all... welcome again.. I find that seeing other people's setup and talking with them enables someone to learn a lot better than reading about it...

Plans for reef tanks are just an outline. It is an ever shifting paradigm, flexibility is a must to succeed. Enjoy the ride!

Welcome Jim, I am located in Granger as well. I am interested in seeing the progress of your tank. I have a barebottom 180 inwall that is coming up on 1 year old in a couple of months. There are a lot of helpful and knowledgeable people here in the Nimas area. Not to mention a lot of great tanks.
