Blue Zoo service

Well i just wanted to let everyone know that i have spoken Mark at Blue zoo this afternoon,
he helped me out with problems entering a order on there web site.
Not only did he do everything himself but Bret ( who answered the phone on the second ring!!)was freindly on the phone and knew who i was and got a hold of mark.

I look forward to doing much more business with Blue Zoo in the future!

Had to rush order a large Min Grouper specimen into a very aggresive tank. Blue Zoo, came through w/ a replacement arrived healthy and safe. Very responsive, called me to confirm, etc. Will def do business w/ them again! Thanks!!!

Heard LOT of good things about Blue Zoo Aquatics and ordered some blue zoanthids last Friday. Waiting for shipment. Will keep everyone posted. :-)

I am just impressed by the Excellent Customer Service!

Shipment got delayed in connection flight due to FedEx fault(note, Fedex fault). Still, Mike from BlueZoaAquatics called and promised to file a claim with Fedex for a credit on shipment for the delay.

Also standing by on the status of the coral. That is called AAA++ customer service.

Blue Zoa Aquatics Rocks!!!.

Expecting the shipment to reach me by tomorrow instead of today. Keeping my fingers crossed.
