Here are some updates...

I finished the hood, well minus the installation of lights, fan, hinges, and handle. I also painted the inside of the hood and the bottom of the aquarium white.

I am attaching pics of future occupants...I pulled out some of the rock that has been cooking for now 3 months. As you can see it is pretty much white but extra clean...also a few of the future corals, thanks to Tom Wyatt Casey, I've got a PINKY!!!

Thanks Tom! Looks like it will still be another month before I get the tank wet. We are moving first week of Feb. and I don't want to set the tank up just to tear it back down and move it. Still have alot of work to do anyway...installation of pumps, plumbing, lights, fan, drill a few holes, etc.

OMG you have been busy! Incredible, I can't wait to see further progress pics. Wishing you the BEST of LUCK with the build off. It is truly a shame that I cannot see it in person. Six holes...the plumbing will be quite a step up from your old tank! I'll be watching this closely as it seems that you'll have your tank running before mine....But I will not be too far behind!
Two Thumbs Up
