Gwen's 12 gal Nano Nonsense
Ok I'm gonna try this. The 'kids are super excited to have a tank in their room.
so the tank has lights built into the hood- any ideas on how to convert that over to reef lighting?
and here is the filter and biowheel...
This was my freshwater tank from college, have no clue how to convert this over, but I'll try my best!!
Must tend to the tricker-treaters!!

For lighting just go down to your aqurarium and buy a good saltwater light, the sera brand is the best, so buy the best they have. It should fit right into your light socket (just remember to buy the right size). The filter sould work with saltwater as many do, but check it out first. The only prob with saltwater filters is they need regular cleaning, as they build up and prouce nitrites which kill your fish, but cleaning will prevent that.

I thought about this statement for 5 minutes. I then noticed my ears were starting to bleed, so thought it wise to stop.
