Leave it to brown (UPS). The boxes were beat up, but US Plastics did a good packing job and the acrylic is fine not even a scracth. TIme to get strated.

Update 11/01/2005

I have made some progess this week. The display tank will be 18.5 gallons a little more capacity than first planned. The project is a Desk and Nano all built into one unit. Here are a few pick of the progress.

You are looking at the bottom of the unit. The box on the right will house the fuge, sump, skimmer. All DIY units.

Much more to go.

I will provide detailed information when I post the tank info. Thanks for checking in.

Skimmer build in progress

Well I had some time today so I got a lot done on the skimmer. Its not complete but should be tomorrow. Have a look and give me your thoughts. The unit is measurses 12" by 12" by 2". 1/4" acrylic, 3/4 PVC pipe, 3/4 90 Degree Fitting and a 45 Degree Fitting. One limewood airstone.

If everything goes well maybe this unit will be completed tomorrow. Thanks for checking in
