Hey there I finally got my lights on (after getting a dud lamp) anyway tanks in cycing mode but on schedule hopefully soon i'll have some fish in there right now I have just a molly in there, It seems pretty content with it's surroundings though.
I decided to go with a 40 watt PC 10000K/420 nm actinic 50/50 lamp from sunpaq (fantastic coloring) seems to do the trick I also have put on a aquaclear
hang on filter that I converted into a refugiun it has about 1.75 inches of kent biosedment and mineral mud that I robbed directly out of my 'fuge and a 13w 6500K Pc for lighting. I just have to find time to build a proper stand hopefully on the long weekend. So here is a couple pics with and without a flash so you can get a better idea of coloring

At the beginning of November I made a refugium for our 10 gal nano. I made it out of aqua clear filter. I have a little 13w compact fluorescent on it and some saw blade calupera in it. It's really cute. On November 15th my wife added some livestock. We have put in 5 green polyps, a 1cm x 1cm peice of red zooanthids, a peice of yellow gorgonian 1 inch long, 2 small red striped mushrooms, 2 medium purple mushrooms, 4 green mushrooms, and a 2inch yellow toadstool. Today it has been a week since we added all those frags and they are all doing awesome. So we added a small frog spawn frag and a fireball angel. So far so good, but we will keep you posted.

Great looking tank!

That's a beautiful fish. I miss mine, had to get rid of him since he was nipping my SPS.
