trace elements

how often do ya have to use this stuff? i gota go pick some up tonight cuz i gave what i had away since i didnt have any corals at the time......

and thing else i need to pick up for the coral feeding???? the only thing i have at the moment is MICRO-VERT filter feeder food........

I know that everyone is different but, I personally do not add ANYTHING... I do a water change once in a while but, that's really it.

i guess ill just have to see how things go..........i know that stuff aint cheap and i really cant afford to spend alot right now......

Put the essential elements or coral vite in on the weeks you dont do a water change.

dj did you pick up that book yet? Also I would suggest just take a night or more and look at fosters site for supplements. You can read up that way and decided do you really need it and want to put it in.

i have not had a chance to get the book yet.......been reading a few other books......

didnt know if that stuff was "needed" or not.........just knew that it says to supply trace,iodine,stomimine(THAT AINT RIGHT)
