not a limpet. It was more slimy and hairy looking...it looked like a little branch covered with goock. I dunno, don't know how I will find it with the rock and such and get it out. ISSHHHH.

hard telling, I know it's not a bristle worm, but I can't find a pic that looks similiar, but thanks for the links. I am not going to take down the entire tank searching for it...chances are it would be hiding in a rock and I'd never find it. Hopefully it won't hurt the tank. Thanks again.

If it's a sea hare and you don't want it I would gladly take it off your hands. They're suppose to be marvelous at eating hair algae. Some stores will rent them out to tanks.

Liza, if I can catch it, you can have it...I haven't seen it since, but I'll try and get it out when I'm feeling better, then I'll pm you. I am going to try and come to EC tomorrow, depending on whether or not Greg has any frags to sell, and I would like to get a tang....something in blue....lol. Will have to post about getting my lipstick tang adopted!!!! BUT, in thinking this over...the blob hasn't eaten any hair algea, so now I am wondering again....I will have to try and capture the blob and figure this out for sure. what would I do with my two (wow) corals...Put them in a bag of water from the tank? Thanks.
