Todd when you did your drilling did you use some stalk plexi-glass or acrilic for support? is so where did you get yours from. if not what did you use for support?

Sorry I couldn't get back to you right away as we were in Florida last week. I used fiberglass rods from Farm and Fleet. I think I only needed 2 rods for my rock. I have 3 or 4 left if you want to buy them. I think they are around $2.25 each or something like that. You need to use a drill bit for concrete, as regular masonry bits aren't hard enough. I used epoxy plumbers putty in the holes before pushing the fiberglass rods into the holes. I'd be happy to help you get started if you like. Let me know.

Hi Liza,

My frags are doing well. We got back from Florida last Saturday and found a few frags out of place thanks to a couple of newly aquired urchins. One is about 4 inches in diameter and is like a bulldozer going through the tank. Another interesting occurance while we were gone happened to a hairy mushroom that Lori and Jeff gave us. It was mounted on little, vacant snail shell. A hermit crab decided it liked the snail shell better than his own so he moved into the snail shell. Now the hairy mushroom goes wherever the hermit crab goes! Pretty funny to watch.
