Thanks for the meeting!
Great meeting today! Many thanks to DJ and Lennie for opening up their homes for our meeting. It was a lot of fun and almost everyone in attendance went home with a raffle prize in addition to good memories and several laughs.
For those that weren't there, ask Jen about her new mushroom... lol

Hahaha
Thank you to all of you who came. It was a nice time. DJ & Kim, thank you soooo much for lunch, and for opening up your home to us, and for the great raffle prizes. Your tank looks fabulous and your new home is very welcoming.
Lennie & (I'm SO sorry, I forgot your wife's name...) You, too have a beautiful home and a great looking box of water. Heheheh just kidding. That tank is awesome to see, and the potential is really staggering. It will be fun watching you stock it up. Thanks to your wife for the yummy desserts, too.
Had a great day!

Yes definitely a good meeting. Not every time you get to see 4 peoples tanks in 1 day! Good times great tanks everyone. Definitely nice to put some faces with names. Lenny, get working on that Mustang!

Well another good meeting past. One of the first things my wife said when we got home was that we could hold a meeting some too. After stopping by Aarons place and just about fraging a lil off everything he had I should have a reef going pretty soon. It was good to see new faces and I look forward to the next meet.

With all due respect, hosting a meeting with the same people (while lots of fun!) won't grow the club. What grows the club is getting the word out. It's kind of frustrating that I spent a lot of time on the ECRC poster, and I haven't even heard of a single person hanging one up somewhere...
I'm all for having another meeting, but I think we need to wait a few months. Until we have more members and become a more active club both on- and offline, I think that meetings every couple months "LARK-style" would be a bit much. That's just my opinion, though. You all might disagree with me...
