SW Fish Sale at Petco

Just a head up. The La Crosse Petco is having a huge sale on about 75% of their SW Fish. You might want to check and see if Eau Claire is having the same sale.

Some of the prices that I can remember from last night are:

All Damsels - $2.19
Chromis - $2.99
Stawberry Pseudochromis - $2.99
Skunk Pseudochromis - $5
Kole Tang -$19.99
Naso Tang - $19.99
Coral Beauty Angel - $13.99
Flame Angel - $34.99

How long have you had the fish? I've always have a fairly hard time to get coral beauty's to eat right away in my q-tank. I think they get freightened too easily. Once I get them into a tank with lots of LR, they seem to eat much better. To get them to eat, I like to feed garlic soaked frozen foods. Can't think of the name, but they make a mixed frozen food package that is geared towards dwarf angels and that one seems to work the best. Yellow eye tangs can also be pickier eaters at first. Put some macro algae (or micro if in a q-tank) into the tank and let it remain in there and see if it starts to dissapear from the tank eating it. The thing that usually works best for me with any new fist is to make sure that they don't see you feeding them until the get more used to you being around. If your standing there trying to watch them eat, they will just stay in hiding.
