snowflake finally eating

well its been worring me about the eel since zach said he ate frozen krill.....well ive thawed a dozens of the lil buggers over the past few days and the only thing that would eat them is the picasso trigger....

well i gota great deal on some rosey reds and some ghost shrimp today(45 rosies and 50 shrimp for 12.00) so i dumped a few in there with the eel...

AND WHAT DO YA KNOW.......he swallowed up 3 of them in a flash and of course the trigger ate 3.....so glad he is eating but wonder why he wouldnt take the krill?? oh well........

sometimes they are just a bit picky I have used a garlic extract to entice them to eat and it has worked for me

Good to hear that hes eating now.... i never had a problem with him eating... he must have just been stressed from the trip to EC. thats weird tho he was usually the first to go "nuts" in the tank when food was put in.... even when i put flakes in he came out right away since he knew it was feeding time!
