Pics to large

Hello all,

new to the site. It is great to have people in the area to talk about, and get advice from. I am fairly new to the saltwater world. I have a 75 gallon reef tank set up for about 4 months. Trying to get some pics up, but they are too large it says. How can I get them smaller?

So is there anyway to get a quality pic on here, or do i have to make it small and drop the quality down?

Welcome to TRT!!

I usually size my down to 800 x 600 and that usually works... and do drop the quality slightly, but not much.... Look forward to seeing the pics!!

It seems that i had to drop the quality down a hell of alot. I guess I am not the best at editing pics. Don't really have a program for it. Using windows picture viewer. How do I drop the size down to 800 X 600? I have wrecked most of my good pics now by droping there quality down to nothing, and it says they are still too big.

Welcome! I use photobucket.com and it automatically downsizes your pics.
