Nano Tank

i am gonna be buying the new Aquapod 12g nano, and could some one please tell me all the stuff i will need to buy for it?

i hear ppl have been replacing the powerhead with a new one, what type and what size? will a 100w heater be to big? and what is a good brand, i have been looking at the titanium heaters where the control knob will be attached outside the tank. any help would be appreciated
