If not, go to your User Control Panel, Group Memberships tab and you will see the request to join ECRC button in there.

Did you follow the link Brian (pogodzib) gave? If so and you did it on there and don't have access, it's because Chuck is the one who I think those get sent to for approval. Chuck is rarely on TRT anymore because he's insanely busy. Plus, it's not really like much of anything happens in ECRC's forum other than just the regular public forum that everyone can see... I can't even remember the last time something was done about a "private" ECRC forum or members-only or whatever... We're all very public about things.
