loss of fin hasn't slowed him down

somehow...?????....my homely blue spotted goby lost his left fin. He's fine, and getting around as good as ever...but, it's just odd....the thing is just gone. I suppose it will grow back. Just thought it wierd. No real aggressive fighting going on in there, that I know of...wonder what happened. hmmmm.

I have a YT that lost his whole tail. Never slowed him down and his tail is almost back to normal length now.

Was the goby new to the tank or has he been in there for a while? Any new additions or changes? Stress could have caused it.

He's been in there a while, don't think it's stress. He is growing like crazy, and fat? Man is he a fatty. Loves his shrimp.....yum yum. He is the ugliest guy in the tank, stays in 'his corner' all the time....rarely, very rarely, ventures out. He is fun to watch, I feed him his piece of shrimp from a long tweezers, and he chews. He looks like a toothless old man. And Blue spotted goby? Where did he get that name? Hardly a blue spot on him. Hmmm. Funny, the names fish get. sometimes one must wonder.
