Looking for small tank/lights

Instead of decreasing the number of tanks in my house like I would like, I'm going to finally cave in and let my youngest daughter have her own fish tank. She's been asking for a while now and I've kept saying NO, but I shouldn't really let my oldest daughter have a tank and not let my youngest. It will be a FW setup. I have all the equipmment that I need except for the lights and tank. This is the wrong time of year to find a used setup at a garage sale and I don't feel like spending $45 to get a 10 gallon tank w/ a fluorescent hood and I don't want to get one with the incondescent lighting.

Does anyone have a used 20 gal or smaller tank w/ lighting they would like to sell?

Let me ask a few people. How much are you looking at wanting to spend.

How much am I looking to spend - I haven't decided. I know that my wife has seen small setups all over the place at garage sales selling for really cheap. I just think that $33 for a 20" fluorescent hood at the LFS's ($27 on-line) is a little steep when you can buy so many other non-aquarium related light strips for under $10. For a couple of bucks more, I can get a Coralife 28w PC fixture on-line.

As to what I need, I only need a tank w/ lights. I already have about a dozen spare heaters, HOB filter, extra gravel, ... and everything else needed to get the tank going.

BTW - If anyone is searching for some cheap (generic) spare heaters, a 36" fluorescent (20w) light strip, or some frags let me know.
