Lighting for 110 tall

I have got my plumbing figured out but now I just have to figure out my lighting I was thinking of 2-250 watt with dual VHO for acintic I am planning on keeping corals mainly from the South Pacific Figi area. My question is do you all think this is enough light or should I go for more.

I believe the dimentions are 5 ft long and 30 inches tall. I plan on keeping some sps and LPS with softies at the bottom.

you should be ok as long as you keep the sps up at the top.

Yes. HQI lighting is a bit better per watt than mogul-base bulbs. Also, as a fringe benefit, it adds a "shimmering waves" effect to the water, which is gorgeous. I've got a 175w 15k mogul bulb on my 20gal and a 150w 14k HQI on my 75, and both are great. However, I'd say the 150w HQI puts out a bit more light and looks better (because of the shimmering effect it has on the water). You'll pay more for HQI, but I think it's worth it for the cool effects it gives the water and the slightly better light output.
