If anyone has...

...snails and/or live rock, we're looking for some.

Snails over live rock as we only have one snail, but live rock is always a nice addition.

If anyone has any they're able to sell either at or before the next meeting, let me know.

In other news, Lori, the green coral didn't make it.
I'm not entirely sure why, as water quality is good; my guess is just plain stress. Poor guy. Don't worry about it though, it happens.
The green hairy mushroom has almost tripled in size, the blue mushrooms are all doing great, and the bubbletip is doing great.

oh that is too bad about the coral. I am surprised since it was mounted and not a frag that I had recently cut. I will work on making you another frag before the meeting, but I think I am going to use a little different variety. Maybe you will have better luck with it. I am glad the other corals & anemone are doing well.

How did the zoos do? There was a small one with bright orange circular shapes and a larger rock with lighter green color circles.

I THINK I may have figured out why the coral was so stressed; turns out our hydrometer wasn't working properly. Since the chem tests all came back good, we thought perhaps the hydrometer was broken or just wearing out so...we got a new one last night while on a fish food run, and our salinity was higher than the old one was showing, as in higher than it ought to have been. Our old one was showing between 18 and 20, the new one showed a whopping 25!
I'm surprised more didn't die off due to that.

*sigh*
Poor guys.

Well, at least we have a working one now, and have the salinity issue fixed.

The zoos are all doing great, all of them have opened fully and are just plain cute. They look like little flowers.
The mushrooms that hopped on for the ride are all doing great too; they're getting larger and have excellent color.
