Frogspawn questions

I have a small aiptasia right by the head of my frogspawn and i was wondering if i shoot the aiptasia with lemon juice if it will bother the frogspawn? I dont need to stress this guy out anymore then what he is. He has been thru alot the last 2 weeks and is starting to look pretty decent. what do you suggest i do?

Are they both attached to the same rock? Can you move the aptasia away? I don't know how much the lemon juice will stress the frogspawn, never tried it. Good luck!

no not attached to the same rock, the aiptasia is actually embedded into the sandbed and partially on the rock. maybe i will just spend the $8 and get a peppermint. Uh um if Greg ever gets any. And the aiptasia is real close to touching the tentacles of the frogspawn, if the FS decides to inflate more they will touch and the FS will be ticked off again.

If for some reason you can't get one locally, I have an extra peppermint I would trade at the June meeting. He's a veteran aptasia eater !

i have an idea, you could cut the bottom off of a well cleaned soda bottle and put it over the FS while it is retracted. then you could shoot the aiptasia and wait for the lemon to dissipate. idk how big your FS is and if it will fit in a soda bottle bottom or how close it is to the aiptasia but its just some crazy idea i came up with now.

Anything that'll grow under PCs would be fine or about $7, or a future trade if you've got something that will be ready later.
