Cuc Sale At Petco
hey guys just figured ill tell yall that petco has a sale goin on SW....
black margarite snails.... .99ea
nassirus snails.............. .99ea
hermits....................... .99ea
skunk shrimp............... 19.99ea
they also have a PURPLE FIREFISH in there....looks great...just came in today....$42.99
went in there today to grab some food and ended up grabbin some snails as well.....
wanted that purple firefish but with the new order of coral comin in....could spend that money....

42.99 sounds a lot for a purple firefish you might try to find one online. They normaly go for 20-25 over here in california.

40 is about average online......they are cheaper over in CA due to being so close to the supply of them maybe....not sure...ive heard alot of stuff is cheaper on the coastlines than it is online....

I just looked online and liveaquaia and saltwaterfish.com sell them for about 30 but i guess with shipping you are about right.

just some zoas aaron.....some from eric??(CONFIRMED) in MN and then some from vivid(NOT CONFIRMED)
trying to get some that people dont have in our area....seeing how some people are starting to look for them more and more.....
nothing fancy that you SPS/LPS guys find interesting!!! LOL j/k
you got them TUBBS ready to frag yet!!!! LOL

sweet......let me know when ya wana frag them....nothing big...im just collecting 5 head frags right now and putting them into the 40g as a grow out tank....unless they are nice then they go into the 90.....

Thanks for the post about petco. I picked up the last nice size cleaner, I didn't really need him but at that price it wasn't bad. lol I don't think there is a limit to how many shrimp you should have in the tank..... anyone?

i thought about getting one or 2 more for my tank....but they are small and i have a HUGE CBS and didnt want to risk him getting a $20 meal or 2.....
i dont think it matters on the shrimp.....ive read on a few 90g systems that have 4-5 skunks......
in my opion...the more the better than you have a chance of some breeding goin on.....and maybe get lucky and have some survive,,,,
