I recently got a 250w
HQI pendant for the sps side of my new 75gal reef. It's replacing a 175w mogul pendant, which I now no longer need. It's a few years old, but is in perfect working order. The bulb in it is a 15K 175w bulb from XM; a crisp white with a little tint of blue to it. The bulb only has five months of use, so it is nicely burned in and still has 7+ months of life left in it before it should be changed out again. It's good to go. Just hang, plug in, and flip the switch.
The setup originally cost $200 (not including a bulb), but I'm selling it for $50 with a bulb. Basically, it's sitting around not being used, so I'm just looking to get rid of it. It's a great light, I just don't have a use for it anymore, and I can't afford to let myself start up another tank.

If you remember a picture I posted a while back of my LTA and RBTA doubling in size in under a month with minimal feedings after I switched light from PC's... Well, this is the light that did that, only back then it had a 10K bulb from Ushio in it.
If you're interested or have a question, PM me or reply to this thread. Or, if you want a picture, I'll take one and post it as soon as I can.
Thanks,
Joe Schneider
