Looking at information listed in Google Earth - Saltwater Fish & Coral Reef Aquarium Keepers I see MARS, FVRC, & CMAS in the area surrounding Milwaukee.

If you go to Reef Central, you can find local area club forums- including the Wisconsin Reef Society (WRS) & Madison Area Reef Society (MARS). There are several members of WRS in the Milw/Waukesha/Racine county area.

Or you can get information about WRS on http://www.wisconsinreefsociety.org/WiReef/index.html and MARS on http://madisonreef.com/

I am really suprised that you have not run into peopel in clubs at some of the better Milwaukee reef stores. Asking around local might work well. All the clubs I am aware of are part of my link below.
