I need an overflow!

Anyone in town have an overflow box that will flow 600+ gph that they don't need? Or maybe know how to build one out of acrylic? Please help, I don't wanna hafta go clear to portland for one!

It's like 3"x6"x8" with a bulkhead for 1" pvc.
