when ever I put the lights on in my room it wakes up the fish.
for the most part I keep the lights of, or I try to have only the night light on, but it does not matter any light will cose them to wake up, even the TV.
I hate to think that I disturb there beuty sleep.
I don't want them to stress.
what do I do ???

Don't worry about it. Unless your tank is in a room by itself it's going to happen. The fish won't be harmed.
