Hi, and welcome to the club. I'm not sure how big the official membership is, but there's usually between 20 and 50 people at monthly meetings. The meetings are always the third Saturday of the month in the basement of the Moorhead Public Library. Membership is free and open to all, including those up and down the red river valley. Lots of people travel from outside fargo.
The address for the club is www.geocities.com/fmaquariumwww.geocities.com/fmaquarium.
So, our next meeting will be this coming Saturday at 1pm. Would love to see you there. Respond if you have any further questions.
Oh, and as for Pet Stores. I know of 3 that do saltwater. There are more stores that serve freshwater and our club includes both fresh and salt, but the four stores I know of are:
- Tony's or K-9 Animal Club in North Moorhead
- Petco on 43rd St S and 14th Ave.
- Pets-R-Inn in the mall in Grand Forks
- all there's the Tropical Fish Store in West Fargo (just freshwater, but excellent service and price). All these pet stores have their pluses and minuses. I shop at all of them for different things. You'll just have to feel them all out. Anyway, welcome to the club! Mayve see you this weekend!
