The early 1970 tank makeover
This tank was given to me from a good friend about 9 years ago, it was in his rental house basement, it was his brothers he said that he did not want it any more and if i wanted it i could have it, so i set it up in my basement and used it for a Cichlid tank till about 6 months ago my 9 year old Green Severum died, the tank was in pretty bad shape when i got it, they used old razor blades to clean the glass, it was pretty bad. well i was thinking of tearing it down until we found out a few weeks ago my friend was diagnost with cancer, so i decided to keep this tank going in his honor.
This pic is before the rebuild, all the fowling are current.
Brent.

Do you use CO2 injection or just the bubbles for gas exchange? What lights?
BTW Awesome Tank!

Nope no CO2 injection, just alot of air stones, Magnum 350 pro system, 2 power heads for extra flow 4 x 65 watt 50/50 pc's (orbit's) and one 40 watt grow light.
Thanks!
Brent.
