plants look good. we did fw plants for a while, then my silver dollars started to munch on it and ruined it. they were getting fed enough, dunno...growth spurt... we now have no live plants in 90fw, and have moved the really pretty stuff to the 30gal hex with teta's and danio's with a camo cat & a new baby angel that is no bigger than my tiny fingernail!
in the end the plants went nuts and grew like mad, and someone, wont mention who, didnt have time to trim and upkeep. they are starting to take over the hex, but the fish love to hide. we are deciding to just not do plants in fw anymore, we dont do anything with em! not worth it for us at this point. we kinda figured that if we are not going to sell them it kinda wasnt worth it in the end. I seem to have a very green thumb and nothing i can do with it unless we keep getting more and more tanks!
& we got a fw plant and infested our dang tank with snails once!! NASTY!!!!
