New Job need help

Well alot is gonna depend on where they are from. Im sure youll get help from ppl who work there now. There is a forum out there that deals with just cichlids. I cannot remember the name of it but im sure its something easy. If you know a particular species I can help ya.

the main concern with them is the PH, and the water hardness. Like Stang said you need to know where they are from first.
