neons bettas and mollies o my

Hey everyone i have a friend that has a 10 gallon tank and has a betta and 2 mollies and wants to reallly add some neons but she doesnt know how many she could add ( hopefully 4 ). so if anyone could help it would be greatly appreiciated. thanks
