more FW advice SNAIL ON FISH

My dad's FW tank has a breeder net in it with 4 baby platys. It seems that I have either a pregnant or bloated or something rummy nose tetra. In any event this fish swims behind the breeder net and gets stuck. It was there when I found it this morning. There is a snail on it now. The fish is swimming around the tank with the little guy on its side.
Should I leave it alone and hope it snail falls off or try and net the fish and try to take the snail off?

I'm gonna go move the breeder net away from the glass I think

Anybody ever see this?
