gold fish turning brown

so scales are turning brown on the sides... any explainations?

Some gold fish just change color. They are brown when born and change to a brighter color could be orange could be red or white. Some then change again.


I had a black moore turn orange within 2 weeks of having it. If water is in par's are in check could just be natural
