Hi Jeff
Once again I need your insight on the 12g. nano. The cloudy water cleared, all parameters leveled, and I added the first livestock.--(4 neon tetras, 2 plattys). My question is---could I add more fish?....and...I upgraded the pump in the tank when it was salt and it has quite a kick--is there "too much" flow for fresh water.---Please keep in mind I was raised on reefs, and this is my first fresh water experiance in years...Thanks as always......Anthony

Could you yes maybe 1 or 2. Would I no. This is still a young tank and with thatmany fish all at once you may go thru a cycle again.


HOw do you get away with a even number of neons I always had trouble getting even #'s one would die and I would end up with an odd #. So needless to say I always bought em in odd #'s

Not sure if I "got away" with anthing yet. They have only been in there for a few days. They are swinning in the current as my clowns did, do you think I have too much flow. Most fresh tanks I see only have a HOB with minimal circulation. I have a mini jet 600----and the water movin!

Nah Water movement isnt a big deal. Should be ok dont think you have too much
