Reefpack 500

Hi, Roger,
Couple questions about the Reefpack 500. I'm thinking of putting one on a 20" cube which will be an anemone/clown tank. Does this go internally or externally (HOB)?

Can the magnet holders be used with it? I will be using it on a brace-less acrylic open top tank. I believe the acrylic is 1/2" thick. If the brackets that come with it will work, then I won't need the magnet.

Does the skimmer have a remote collection container? ...or is the collection cup reserved to the cup on the top of the skimmer?

Looks like a great solution for a the tank I'm setting up. Recommended tank size is a little larger than what I will have, but I think it will work, nevertheless.

Thanks a bunch!
Melissa

All of our filters and skimmers are in tank or in sump. Hang on skimmers aren't very popular in Europe because of liability with most people living in multifamily housing or apartments. They overflow and can damage multiple rooms. It will work in that tank but will apear a bit large as it measures 9 * 5 * 11 or so. It would certainly filter the tank very well. The cup sticks up on the top, at this time their is no remote collection container but one is planned. The cup works very nice because when it is full skimming stops, it also holds nearly 1 L/ They are a great filter but it's demensions may look bulky in your tank. The volume of such a tank is about 35 gallons. In the near future we will have a nano reefpack which will work well and be half the size, it also includes the magnet holder and is less than half the cost but does not include an osmolator.
