that's freakin sweet!!
what pump do you have on it to be able to puch through all the bends?
i'm nervous about turning my new 75 into swiss cheese, so i'm goign to do a similar cls on the bottom of the tank, but my return pump will be in the bottom of my corner overflow, so there will be less head pressure, and i wont have the pvc coming over the top of the tank. but there will still be plenty of bends.
also what size pvc is that.. 1" ?
last question. what are on the exits? are those pvc plugs, with a hole drilled in them?

that sure was funny inviting me up, and then having me help you drain your tank, remove your live rock and corals, build you the first one, and then help reassmble everything but the coral frags and generous hospitality was rewarding enough don't forget to show here in about 3~4 weeks, to tear down my 2 tanks and set my 75...:evil laff:
jay, tpeck had a rio 1700 plumbed up made from 5/8 pvc. the drilled plugs make it work well with the rio pump.

that 75 looks a lot like a kids pool, and I think the closed loop spray bar is supposed to be in your "75" pool not beside it.

a shot of tank with CL installed
I showed you the B4, this is the after. I will pick up a couple of more bags of LS to hide the ports better. I think in a matter of 2 to 3 months they should coralline up pretty good.

tpeck - what size pump are you going to run this with? I've been looking for options for my 46 and I think you've given me the best one short of a bunch of holes.

hey that looks good, my question is what size are the holes you drilled? is there a special formula for how many holes you need, compared to the output of the pump?
thanks
