What are these white things in my tank?

I have a 20gal. reef tank that has been setup for approx. 2 months now. I have noticed today that there are several very small white bug like creatures moving around on the glass of my tank. They are barely visable to the naked eye. I was wondering if anyone knows what these things are and what I should do about them. I would send a pic but they don't show up on the digital camera.

Copepods! Congrats great little bugs for your reef tank as fish, inverts, etc will eat them as food! Nothing to worry about!
