Hard to tell, but looks like pods. Better white than red flat square worms. I would not worry about them, just want them to multiply even more.

Are they "shrimp" shaped?

i only have a clown like i said I'm only in week 5 and didn't want to purchase something expensive and have it die just becuase i couldn't wait . but i doesn't seem like the clown cares much for them. i have never seen those bugs in a tank before and thought i had messed up big time. I have been reading alot and making sure i take my time and do it right and then i woke up to get something to drink and looked at the tank and saw tons of little white bugs all over i almost had a heart attack. now i only have 4 hours till i have to go to work and I'm wide awake now lol

lol thanks I've put alot of money into to this, well for what i make and didn't want all my hard work and time to go to waist i know it won't always go perfect but those little white critters really scared the crap out of me. so what exactly are those things? and what purpose do they serve in my tank? they are all over . now wither i didn't see them before or the grew over night. where do they come from? i mixed up the dead stuff off my rock today and blew alittle of my sand around could that have caused this?

LOL, your first part of your post oughta be the credo for a lot of us,in the beginning
what you got is "'pods" , lil critters that came in on your LR,,a good sign of good ,correctly cured live rock,,
depends on what your future fish you plan to add later, if they will eat them or not,,,people buy these, hopefully to feed some of their fish,,,
lotta people wish they had 'em,,,
come up and sit in the front row of the class "grasshopper"

copepods are a sign of a healthy tank. they occur naturally in fresh and salt (everywhere)a certain number of animals rely on them for food. when are you coming to ga. ive got your corals waiting on you....
