My carpet anemone and its bitter hated against day light

this is the fifth day i have owned my white carpet anemone. It finnally stoped moving around and settled down on the sand bed. I have noticed that when the lights go off and the moonlights come on, it opens as wide as possible. But when the lights come on (2x 65 watt pc atinic first followed by 2x 65 watt pc 10000k) he closes up. Whats with this guy? Am I doing something wrong? My water quality is ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 0 and i am runing and aqua c urchin skimmer in the sump.
