I wouldnt be too worried, but Id eventually try and get it on some rocks. Ive had two over the course of 4 years and they have both done some crazy morphs in short amounts of time and always looked normal when the lights came on the next day. I think this is a good gauge to an anemones health. You should definetly see a reaction to lights in the morning. If its tentacles come out and it wakes up your fine. If not its stressed and needs a change. Keep the post updated if tomorrow its not doing anything different.
Good Luck
