Question

need expert hitchhiker ID.

Ok what is it ?
It lives under a large culerpa- like bush on a rock.
It lets out about 5 to 6 stands of what looks almost like spider-web material. There are little idividual strands of it. Like a human hair almost.
They kind of reach out searching and then the retract.
Anyone have any ideas.Kind of move like a brittle star would, except it is web-like.

Thanks...
