Live Bristle Worms ? Good or Bad ?

Are they good for reef tanks or bad for them ??

They're great until you grab'em while moving a rock... about the closest thing to a saltwater cactus I can think of.
They're harmless though, and when they get big you can scare your kids with them.

I've got a few in my tank.... the larger one is about 10 inches when he stretches himself out.... I never really see them during the day, but I do see them slinking their way around at night....
