ID Please

We recently moved from our 10G Nano to a 75G Monster (to me).

Through moving the sand (be it a good or bad idea, it's done).

I found a small critter, it was about 1.5" long, as thick around as a #2 pencil, and was just a small tube shaped, kind of like the tubbors (sp?) you find in some weeds. When I was moving it it let out a long tenticle which moved around.

We had a in-gravel annoneme at one point, I forget which species, which died, and I figured it could be it. I moved it to the new tank and it used it's tenticle to burry it's self again.

Does anybody have an idea what this could be? I'm concerned if I need to dig it up, or just let it be.

I don't think it's the anemone but I'm not really sure what it is. Most of those types of things are filter feeders or detritus eaters though and won't harm anything in your tank. I'd leave it be.
