hitchhiker ID
this odd looking creature came with a recent purchase of green star polyps, he looks like a starfish on one end and a worm on the other. the orange end of him is shaped like a big teardrop with the blue fork at the top. (i guess i should have checked the rock more closely)
is he good/ bad?
any insight??

it has fasteners on the ends of the blue branches, I tried to pull it off to get a better look at it and it was "really" hard to even move!

Looks like a starfish to me. At least the beginning of a starfish, growing from a dropped leg.
Just a guess.

Do starfish reproduce by dropping legs? I just ask incase my green serpent drops a leg, I'll know if I need to remove the leg or let it be to create another starfish.
