Polyp ID

Hi All! Anybody know the name of these polyps? I started with one and now have about six of them in a group! They are pretty neat even if they are not colorful!

Look like the brown button polyps I have. Mine have green and peach centers...

Johnny;

Looks like a Protopalythoa of some sp or other. They tend to be solitary rather than colonial but you will often get several within close proximity to each other. I used to have them here and there in my old 55.

HTH,

Alice

I've got a colony of them, and let me tell you.... They are potent... They gave me one hell of a whallopping on a couple of occasions... Symptoms I had were severe headache and naseua...

Be very careful handling those buggers...
