I recently added a Purple "Corky Finger"
Encrusting Gorgonian to my tank. I am assuming it is photosynthetic because the polyps look tan to me. I have it in a pretty strong current and under decent lighting. I am having a heck of a time finding info on this particular kind of Gorg. Is there anybody out here who has some expierence with these boogers? One thing that I have noticed is that he seems to be the "fullest" when the lights are out. Granted I have only had him a week, but he hasn't been as full as he was at the LFS. Like the woman that I am, he was an impulse buy and if he doesn't make it my hubby will NEVER let me live it down!! So any info or guidance will be GREATLY appreciated!
