attaching frags

What is the best thing to use to attach frags to rocks? I heard super glue. At least for the one's that you can't put netting over.

I find a toothpick for xenia is very nice, learned about that just a couple days ago...and tryed it that night, and the xenia attached itself in a matter of days!
