Sun Polyps

I finally got my Sun polyps to eat.....woo hoo...it only took getting a horse syringe, 1/4" hose, mini blind wand (hollow), and a clear container. It works pretty good...I will post a pic of it

Cool!

Once they get used to feeding regularly, they'll know when it's dinner time. I had some (before I decided it was too much target feeding) and they opened up at the same time every day.

I've always liked the sun polyps. I've been somewhat reluctant to buy some because I've heard that they don't like too much light. Is this true? I've got 960 watts VHO on my 125g tank. I suppose I could tuck them under a shelf or something?

It will take some time but you can aclimate them to the light, the trick is to get them to eat.
