Advice on care of new critters (Open Brain, LTA)

Well I have some new additions to my little reef yesterday. I had about 80 dollars left of store credit from the sale of the xenia that's gone crazy in my parents tank so I got to do some shopping. I ended up bringing home a Red Open Brain coral (Trachyphyllia geoffroy, about 1.5"x3"), a Long Tentacle Anemone (Macrodactyla doreensis, 2" body diameater), a green emerald crab and some bubble bee snails(Nassarius sp.).
I'm looking for advice on the Brain and the LTA. Feeding tips for the Brain? and most specificly placement and feeding for the LTA. I have him in a corner of the tank right now aprox 3.5" sand bed where my clown pair sleeps. They are already exploring him a little bit, but he hasnt really dug in yet and his tentecles are somewhat limp. Any idea how long till they normally plant themselves? How much waterflow they prefer? and any tips for ways to feed him?
I have to admit I didnt research the LTA as much as I should have before purchase. I've read bits and have been looking at getting an anemone for my clowns but with store credit in hand I couldnt resist. Any tips or input for making this guy a happy camper in his new home would be appreciated. If anyone is intrested i'll try and post up some pictures of them later for everyone to see. Thanks all.

-Travis

I have had a green Trachyphyllia geoffroy for 8 months now. I do not spot feed him (I know some do). I have noticed that he leaves his stinging tenticles out pretty much all the time. I assume he is constantly collecting food from the water column. I have mine sitting on the sand bed at the bottom of the tank. I have MH and he seems to love to bask in the light during the day. It is amazing how much these creatures shrink during the night photo peiod. Great tank inhabitant and cool specimen.

Great choice, good luck

Kevin

Here is a close up, you can see the tenticles!

IIRC, Bumble Bee Snails are predatory, and will begin ridding your sandbed of anything living (worms, clams, etc.). They also aren't much of an algae eater, and instead prefer leftover bits of fish food that the other creatures miss.
I'd just keep an eye on them and make sure they aren't trying to take a bite out of something expensive.
Just wanted to let you know.

Yeah, ditch the bubble bees and get real Nassarius snails. Bubble bees are carnivorous and Nassarius are meaty scavangers.
