remember the SPS coming back pic and ?


the larger one in the back is what is coming back and can anyone ID the other 2 the one on the right was supposed to be an acropora is that right? and dont have a clue about the one on the left.

Really need a closer pic, but it looks like Montipora digitada on the left, and Porites sp. on the right. From that pic the one on the right definitely does not appear to be Acropora sp.

I cant really couldnt get a better pic of it I will try again tonight and see what I can get. I didnt think it was a acropora though but that what I was told.

These both seem to me to be montipora digitata. Neither are acropora that seems fairly sure. If the color is off on the back one due to some kind of problem it had may explain the color or lack of as it could be porities for that reason.

the one in the back was brought home as a hitching post from a lfs . it was totally bleach out and no signs of life and is now regrowing its polyps the polyps are small and not all that close together right now and thats why the light color.

M. digitata has thinner branches than Porites, and I think that its alot faster growing coral.
